This appointment marks a pivotal moment in our team's transformation, in line with the strengthening of our Executive Committee and leadership teams. These changes aim to bring the vision, energy, and expertise needed to ensure the success of our strategic plan. 

In her new role, Mathilde will lead the implementation of our strategic initiatives and drive organizational evolution. She will actively contribute to strategic projects and foster greater collaboration across teams.
