Babilou Family Group, a company operating in early childhood care and education in ten countries, renews its Executive Committee and management teams to support its strategic transformation. 

Babilou Family is renewing its executive committee and management teams to support the company's transformation project, by appointing Yann Lebourdais as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Lee Galbraith, as Managing Director of Babilou Family in the United States, and Mathieu Quéré, as Managing Director of Babilou in France. Vincent Bulan, former Managing Director in France, becomes VP of Public Affairs.

Babilou Family welcomes Yann Lebourdais as CFO. He will be member of the Group Executive Committee and report to Christophe Fond, Chairman and CEO since July 2024. Yann began his career with auditing experience at Deloitte, before turning to banking at BNP Paribas in 2004. In 2012, Yann joined GrandVision, the world leader in optical distribution, as CFO for Brazil for ten years, then for Mexico for two years. Afterwards he held the position of Regional CFO at the Group's Amsterdam headquarter, managing a geographical area covering 15 countries. After 17 years abroad, Yann joined Zadig&Voltaire in 2023 as CFO, to lead a deep restructuring in the face of changes in the luxury goods market worldwide. He will bring his background, expertise and international experience to contribute to Babilou Family’s strategic transformation. 

In November 2024, Babilou Family already announced the appointment of Morgane Weill as Chief Operating Officer and Benoit Lamezec as Group Vice President for Asia and Central Europe.

Remko Berkel, Managing Director of Babilou Family in the Netherlands since July 2023, Lee Galbraith, new Managing Director of Babilou Family in the USA, and Mathieu Quéré, new Managing Director of Babilou in France, will also join the Group Executive Committee on March 31, 2025.

This new team will be supported by an operational Management Team composed of country managers and directors of key Group divisions: Konstantin Bosch (Head of Germany), Jean-Sébastien Briand (Head of Luxembourg), Vincent Bulan (VP Public Affairs), Benjamin Busse (Head of Singapore), Laurie Catteeuw (Education), Lama Chivi (Head of United Arab Emirates), Caroline de l'Espinay (People and culture), Rémi Fréon (Legal and compliance) and Sabine Mirault (Operational excellence).
